All dry racks rates are based on maximum length overall including outboards, brackets, swim platforms, bow pulpits, anchor racks or any other structure. Minimum charge for dry racks is for 20 feet overall.
Minimum rates apply to all wet slips and dry racks. All fees are subject to State Sales Tax and Florida Submerged Land Lease fees. All Leases require a Security Deposit. All Reservations require credit card information. Wet slip and dry rack assignments are not guaranteed and may change at the discretion of management. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Current rates effective July 1, .
